All members of A Loving Link are required to fill out the national registry and the waiver that goes along with it. They must also fill out their state registry as well.

Please only fill out the national and state registries after becoming a volunteer in your chapter. If you are not a volunteer, you can become one by filling out the your state's form under the "Join The Team" tab.
